Neil is the co-owner of Butler & Stag, along with lifetime friend Michael Woolley. A resident of Theydon Bois where we opened our third office in 2017, Neil is extremely passionate about the area and saw a gap in the market to introduce our award services. Under Neil’s supervision, the office has seen accelerated growth and we are now recognised market leaders; it is equally impressive that this has taken just twelve months to achieve. Butler & Stag are also regularly commended for our fund raising initiatives raising tens of thousands of pounds for worthy local causes yearly. Away from the office Neil is a family man, he has a son and a daughter and enjoys spending time with them, along with his wife Claire. Neil also coaches his son’s football team at Buckhurst Hill FC and has overseen the transition of many of their players to professional academies.
Milo is a North London boy at heart, though now he resides in Chingford and heads up our E4 operation, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He started his career in estate agency back in 2001 with a successful independent agency in Islington/Haringey, but after the birth of his daughter in 2008 found that the commute and working hours just didn’t tie into family life.
Ever since he has become well known throughout the East London and West Essex property market for his keen and intuitive approach to matching top-quality buyers with fantastic homes. An experienced property valuer means that he is often sought out to help with placing accurate valuations on clients homes, and with a watchful eye over the latest buying trends and legislation he is always up to speed with changes that will help improve the saleabilty and marketability of properties. Milo is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents
