Head of Land & New Homes (Theydon)

Do you have experience in working with developers and managing a team? Are you self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? If so, this position can offer you fantastic social opportunities, industry leading training programmes and a network to learn from the best. We're looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their land & new homes knowledge and skills. At Butler & stag we are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for the right individual to head up our land & new homes division to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.

Responsibilities of our Head of Land & New Homes include:

  • Achieve successful sales rates on new developments we are marketing
  • Maximise new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of service to all our clients
  • Leading a New Homes team to optimise results
  • Knowledge and experience of using Land Insight
  • Identifying development opportunities and pitching to potential buyers
  • Working with landowners to maximise on site values
  • Appraising new homes schemes and pitching to potential clients

Basic + Commission OTE (£70K plus) UPCAPPED

Business Development Manager/ Consultant (Bow)

As a Development Consultant, you will be helping grow and enhance our fast-growing London operation. You will be responsible for expanding our regional market share by identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. By utilising our extensive database, you will build a pipeline of business, identify opportunities for market growth, and deliver an excellent level of customer service to prospective clients by qualifying their specific requirements and sharing important market updates.

This role will entail extensive training on the property industry, the company, and department as well as providing great hands on experience in relation to honing your sales skills. With clear opportunities to progress into senior roles, this is an incredible opportunity for highly determined individuals to build a successful career.

  • Growing regional market share by building relationships with landlords, vendors and property developers.
  • Educating clients about the benefit of using Butler & Stag and guiding them through the process of selecting an agent.
  • Becoming an expert of all matters relating to letting and selling property locally.
  • Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business.
  • Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationships with staff.
