The EA Masters awards honour the very best estate agents in the country and at Butler & Stag, we have not one, but two of these accolades, rating us as one of the best east London lettings agents and among the top 0.5 per cent of estate agents in the UK.Regarded as the property industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence, the awards put us up against 25,000 other estate and letting agency branches across the country. Each underwent a rigorous and thorough assessment conducted by the Property Academy and supported by the UK’s leading property portal, Rightmove. Each estate agency was scored against three main criteria - marketing, customer service and results. This was determined by a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters, as well as a whole-of-market assessment, using a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and website reviews. Winning the awards means that Butler & Stag now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide, something that we couldn’t be more proud of.
