History of the development....
St. Pancras Chambers is a Victorian Neo-Gothic building originally designed by George Gilbert Scott as the Midland Grand Hotel, the building finished construction in 1873. After narrowly escaping demolition to make way for more railway tracks, the building was given Grade I status in 1967.
