Market Report

After a challenging 'London market' in 2017 we are realistic about what the market will have to offer for 2018. Whilst some prime central areas experienced noticeable price corrections, the areas that we cover in East London and the City fringe have remained stable, mainly due to prices still being relatively affordable in comparison to other parts of London, and the potential for growth due to the rapidly improving infrastructures. Whilst it is still early days, we expect a very similar market this year and our first quarter market report certainly seems to back that up!
